Terms of use

These terms apply to the Spullio app for iPhone and iPad and, until it closes on 31 December 2026, to the web service at spullio.com with the old iPhone and Android apps. By using Spullio you agree to them. Apple's App Store terms also apply to downloading the app and buying a subscription.

The app has no Spullio account. You use it with your Apple Account and iCloud, and you are responsible for access to your devices and your Apple Account. The app requires iOS 26 or later. On a Mac with Apple silicon, the iPad version can be installed from the Mac App Store. There is no separate Mac, Android or web version of the app.

What you put into Spullio stays yours. It is stored in your own iCloud and we do not receive it. The Spullio app, name, logo and design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

Use Spullio for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt or misuse the app or the web service, and only share content in a household that you have the right to share.

• Only through Apple. Spullio Plus is sold only through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Prices are shown in the App Store; at the time of writing they are € 2.99 a month or € 24.99 a year in the Netherlands.
• First month free. New subscribers get one free month with all features (one per customer, as offered by Apple). The subscription then renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling during the free month costs nothing.
• Without Plus. After the free month without Plus, your own households become read-only: you can view, search, export and delete, but not add or change. A household that someone shares with you stays fully usable.
• Family Sharing. Spullio Plus supports Family Sharing: members of your Apple family group use your subscription at no extra cost.
• Existing subscriptions. App Store subscriptions to Plus or Pro from the old iPhone app carry over to the new app. Subscriptions through spullio.com end at the end of the current period and are not renewed; there are no refunds for the period already paid.

Sync runs through Apple's iCloud and is not realtime. We have no control over iCloud and give no guarantee (no service level agreement) on the availability or speed of sync. If your data is important to you, keep your own exports. Support is by email at support@spullio.com, on a best-effort basis.

The web service at spullio.com, the old iPhone app and the Android app end on 31 December 2026. From 1 December 2026 they are read-only. Until 31 December 2026 you can export your data and move it into the app. What happens to your data after that is described in the privacy policy.

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If we ever stop offering Spullio, we will give reasonable notice where possible, and your data stays in your own iCloud.

Spullio is provided as is. We do our best to make it reliable, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Spullio is not an insurance or valuation service: values you record are your own estimates.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Spullio in the twelve months before the claim, or € 100, whichever is higher. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for the content you add and share, and for claims by others that arise because your use of Spullio breaks the law or these terms.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. Please contact us first at support@spullio.com; most issues can be solved directly. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. We may change these terms; we announce important changes on this site or in the app. If you keep using Spullio after a change, the new terms apply.
