Spullio continues as an iPhone app

No. Your items, photos and documents live in your own iCloud, with Apple, not on our servers. There is no Spullio account, no analytics and no tracking. Apple Intelligence runs on your iPhone itself. For a barcode, only the number goes to Open Food Facts. Sharing works through iCloud, only with people you invite yourself.

The first month is free, with every feature and no limit on the number of items. After that Spullio Plus costs € 2.99 a month or € 24.99 a year, through the App Store. Family Sharing is included. On the web, Plus was € 4.99 and Pro € 9.99; it can be cheaper now because the app no longer needs servers of our own.

You lose nothing. Your own households become read-only: you can view, search, export and delete everything, but not add or change anything. If you take Plus later, everything simply continues. Apple reminds you before the free month ends; cancelling in time costs nothing.

No. A household that someone shares with you stays fully usable for you, also without Plus and also after your free month. Only the owner of the household needs Plus to invite others. If the owner shares Plus through Family Sharing, you have it for your own households too.

All households you own, with items, photos, documents, locations, boxes, tags, custom fields and values, and loans with name and date. Afterwards the app checks field by field that everything matches and tells you if anything is missing. Open transfers between households and borrow links do not come along. Moving never requires a subscription.

Finish or cancel open transfers between households; they do not come along. Active loans do come along. Otherwise there is nothing to do. You can keep working on spullio.com until 1 December; anything you change after moving does not reach the app.

Then the old session has expired or you only used Spullio in the browser. Tap “I already use Spullio” and choose “Sign in to spullio.com”. You sign in, choose your households and the app fetches them. If signing in fails, make an export on spullio.com and pick it as a file.

No. Move once. On your other devices, sign in with the same Apple Account; the household arrives there by itself through iCloud. If you do move twice, the app warns you and you get a second copy. Delete that under Account › the duplicate household.

No. Everything is on your iPhone. Only the copy in iCloud and the sync to other devices wait until there is room. The app shows this on Home. Free up space or choose iCloud+; Spullio then continues by itself. You do not need to import again.

Yes. The new app sits under the same app in the App Store, so your subscription is recognised as soon as you open it. Had Pro? It is now called Spullio Plus and you pay € 2.99 from your next renewal. If you still do not see Plus, tap Account › Subscription › Restore Purchases. If that does not work, email support@spullio.com.

We will contact you personally. Your web subscription ends at the end of your current period; after that nothing more is charged through spullio.com. In the app you get the first month free, like everyone; after that Spullio Plus costs € 2.99 a month or € 24.99 a year. Your things always come over complete.

Open the household in the app and choose Sharing. The app shows who was in it on the web and invites them by the email address of their Apple Account. If iCloud does not know that address, send a share link through Messages. They install Spullio, open the invitation and see everything. They do not need a subscription for that.

Then the old app stays on your iPhone and works until 31 December 2026 (read-only from 1 December). Before that date, make an export on spullio.com and keep the ZIP. If you later get an iPhone or iPad with iOS 26, import that ZIP into the app and you have everything back.

Spullio only continues on iPhone and iPad; we are sorry, and it was a hard choice for a small app. The app leaves Google Play in early October; what you already have installed works fully until 1 December and read-only until 31 December. Before 31 December, make an export on spullio.com: a ZIP with a spreadsheet, all your photos and documents.

On a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) you can install the iPad version of Spullio from the Mac App Store; your things arrive there through the same iCloud. There is no real Mac app yet. On an Intel Mac, use the export, or your iPhone or iPad.

Active and returned loans come along, with name, email address and date. Borrow links (spullio.com/borrow/…) do not come along and stop on 31 December. In the app you send a borrower a card through Messages instead, with photo, name and return date. The borrower does not need Spullio for that.

Until 31 December 2026 it stays there; moving makes a copy in your iCloud. After that we keep it until 1 May 2027, briefly on our servers and then only in an encrypted backup, solely to supply exports. Then we delete everything, including your account. Sooner is possible: delete your account on spullio.com or email us.

Until 1 May 2027, yes. Email support@spullio.com from the email address of your Spullio account. You get a ZIP with your items, photos and documents. Import it into the app under Account › Import from Spullio web, or keep it. After 1 May 2027 there is nothing left.
